Wrapping up 2012

We're finishing up our inaugural year and it has been a great one.  We provided over 300 boxes of produce to 28 households in the Metro Detroit area over the course of 20 weeks.  Offerings ranged from tomatoes to flowers to salad mix to potatoes to peaches to plum sauce.Wrapping up 2012 doesn't just mean looking back at the year that was, but also means wrapping up work on the farm.  Over the past few months we've been:

mulching

mowing

covering up

pulling out old crops

and resting tired farmer bones.
