2014 Week 8

Happy Tuesday! So gratetful for the rain, but harvesting in it can be a soggy experience. The summer heat continues and this week we have vine ripened cherry tomatoes and  hot peppers on the box, the first this season!Here's what we had to harvest this week:Cherry tomatoes from Buffalo Street  Farm Hot peppers from Food Field Carrots from Buffalo Street  Cooking greens (Kale, Collards or Chard) From Buffalo, Fields of Plenty, Singing Tree  Mixed herbs from Singing Tree Garden Cucumbers from Food Field (Tuesday only) Zucchini from Singing Tree (Saturday only) Garlic from Food Field  New Potatoes from Singing Tree
